Client Briefs: Text you enter into the proposal generator is transmitted to our AI provider to generate proposals. We do not store client brief content after generation is complete.
Generated Proposals: If you choose to save proposals, they are stored securely in your account.
Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our services

AI Processing: Client brief text is transmitted to Anthropic's API solely for the purpose of generating proposals. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and data processing agreement.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Client brief text is not retained after proposal generation. Generated proposals saved in your account are retained until you delete them or close your account.
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, regular security audits, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
